This cooperation will take effect on July 1, 2025, reflecting the two companies’ shared vision of jointly addressing the growing challenges of an increasingly complex market, both locally and with the best global capabilities.

As part of the agreement, Pilot acquires a 25% stake in Making Science Germany, transferring its search engine marketing business to further its growth. The new entity integrates Pilot’s media expertise and deep knowledge of the German market with Making Science’s broad technological offering, based on artificial intelligence and advanced data analysis tools. Starting July 1, 2025, Pilot will outsource its search marketing practice to this new company, enabling it to offer a comprehensive, synergistic, and highly specialised service to its clients.

“With state-of-the-art tools and close proximity to digital platforms, Making Science is the ideal marketing partner for us: as Pilot, we bring our market expertise and the means to deliver the best possible client service,” explains Kristian Meinken, CEO of the Pilot agency group, about the new joint venture with Making Science Germany. “Through Local Planet, we have come to know and appreciate each other for several years, and our ‘Pilot Ignite’ brandformance offering, which we launched two years ago, will continue unchanged.”

This agreement will also be a catalyst for the development of new solutions that integrate brandformance, technology, and strategy, combining the capabilities of both companies and fostering continuous innovation.

“At Making Science, we are always focused on providing our clients with the best possible tools and expertise.
