Some details about your department
You will become part of a global, young and international accounting team taking part in the monthly closing process, relationship with suppliers and internal departments as well as part of the tax process.
What we’d like you to do:
- Bank reconciliations, supplier billing, SII management, accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
- Daily use of SAP
- Administrative operations and internal and external supplier management.
- Administrative operations and incident management with suppliers.
- Control and registration of supplier invoice
What we’d like you to bring:
- Used to working with SAP 4/Hana
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office and proven organizational skills.
- Capable to manage and organize the documentation, as well as coordinate with the different departments.
- You have the capacity for methodical work and organizational skills.
- You have a dynamic and proactive attitude and have interest or knowledge in the Digital Marketing .
- Advanced level of English al least C1
