What we’d like you to do:
You're our Project Manager in our Digital Acceleration Academy, a new training space in Making Science
Assist in the formulation of the training and business development strategy
Identify the training needs of the different groups.
Develop content and coordinate the implementation of training.
Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with HR Business Partners, people managers and facilitators
Monitoring and measurement of activity.
Participate in international projects at a European level.
Support in the economic management of the Budget Training and Development Internal and external relations.
Sources, engages and hires college talent for internship positions
What we’d like you to bring:
1- 2 years experience supporting a Talent Development department.
BA/BS degree preferred.
Ability to drive Talent Development initiatives.
Some experience with designing and facilitating learning content for various platforms such as classroom, self-paced, virtual, and social learning.
Ability to organize, coordinate, schedule and manage multiple priorities, projects and programs and able to think strategically and continually look for ways to improve our programs.
Impeccable professional maturity, positive attitude, and a passion for transforming lives through learning and development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present ideas/content to a crowd.
Ability to collaborate with others in a fast-paced, changing environment.
